What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Internal and External Candidate Outreach and Start to End Recruiting
- Maintaining communication and follow-up with candidates and partners
- Candidate and Employee Onboarding Support
- Program Development and Management
- Representing the Health Department in local, regional, and national settings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and Three (3) to Six (6) years of relevant experience
- Experience in recruitment outreach
- Knowledge of equitable hiring practices
- Customer service focus and proactive communication skills
- Excellent technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in applying an equity framework in process and decision-making
- Strategic advertising and promotion of Public Health positions
- Relationship building with educational institutions
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS Systems
