What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including software engineers and UX designers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, craft job descriptions, and guide candidates through the interview process
- Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for effective recruitment management
- Develop compelling job postings and outreach messages that reflect the employer's brand and values
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of experience recruiting for technical roles (engineering, product, etc.)
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Proven ability to drive employee engagement initiatives in a remote setting
- Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment technology tools
