      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Represent the employer by traveling to college campuses to scout for emerging talent
      - Manage the recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to final interview, ensuring a positive candidate experience
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, faculty, and university staff
      - Collaborate with the team to develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies
      - Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidate interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0
      - Willingness to travel across the U.S. on a weekly basis
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
      - Proficiency with recruitment tools such as ATS and social media platforms
