What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and proactive outreach
- Screen and coordinate interview processes with department managers to ensure alignment with job requirements
- Partner with local operations and human resources teams to support interviews and hiring needs
- Build relationships with schools and organizations to foster community relations and generate applicants
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
- Experience in healthcare is preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in event medical services or related fields
- Proficiency in using ATS systems and social media for recruitment
