What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen and coordinate interview processes with department managers to align with job requirements
- Partner with local operations and human resources teams to support hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, including candidate documentation and data records
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills to manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships at all levels
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with strategic talent acquisition techniques
- Knowledge of the Event Medical Services sector
- Proven ability to foster community relations and generate applicants through partnerships with schools and organizations
