What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen and coordinate interview processes with department managers to align with job requirements
- Partner with local operations and human resources teams to support hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, including candidate documentation and data records
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
- Experience in the healthcare field preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships at all levels
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in emergency medical services or related healthcare recruitment
- Proven ability to develop relationships with schools and community organizations
- Proficiency in using ATS systems and social media for recruitment purposes
- Experience with employer branding and storytelling to attract candidates
- Ability to travel nationwide for recruitment events and outreach
