What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Effectively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen and coordinate interview processes with department managers to ensure alignment with job requirements
- Partner with local operations and human resources teams to support interviews and hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with all aspects of the recruitment process, including candidate documentation and data records
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
- Experience in healthcare preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in recruitment for medical or healthcare services
- Proven ability to develop effective relationships with schools and community organizations
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data analysis tools
