What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit physicians, NPs, PAs, and licensed clinicians in multiple locations
- Source healthcare clinicians and convert leads into qualified candidates
- Make outbound cold calls to engage passive job-seeking clinicians
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve recruitment processes
- Serve as a subject matter expert on clinician employment and benefits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare recruiting environment
- Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) credential or equivalent (e.g., FASPR, CMSR)
- Proven experience in nursing and healthcare recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clinicians and stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience specifically in clinician recruitment
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and strategies
- Proven track record of successfully filling healthcare positions
- Knowledge of compensation and benefit structures for healthcare professionals
