What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least five years of talent acquisition experience with expertise in sourcing and full-cycle recruitment
- Excellent client management skills with a history of building consultative relationships with stakeholders
- Proven track record of contributing to team success through mentorship and process improvement
- Eagerness to work with diverse, highly talented teams
- Authorization to work in the United States
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience recruiting AI/ML technical talent or for finance industry roles
- Experience recruiting for startups or companies without an established consumer brand
- Bachelor’s degree (a plus)
