What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit qualified candidates for specific client focus groups or interviews
- Screen candidates based on client criteria and manage follow-up communication
- Conduct cold calls as needed for certain projects
- Perform data entry and maintain participant database information
- Communicate daily with Project Managers and participate in virtual meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Commitment to a specific work schedule on a quarterly basis
- Availability to recruit for projects that may range from 9 am to 9 pm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and internet search engines
- Must have a home computer with broadband access
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Some college education preferred
- Previous experience in sales is a plus
- Experience working from home is advantageous
- Intermediate level experience with data entry in Excel and Word
