What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with hiring managers to execute hiring processes for high-volume requisitions
- Maintain applicant and interview data in the ATS for thorough auditing
- Review resumes and manage a requisition load of 30+ for various locations
- Coordinate communication and prepare candidates for interviews
- Extend offers of employment to selected candidates following company guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume, full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in the healthcare or science industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS systems
