What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide recruiting support for multiple positions while managing a high volume of candidates
- Screen and evaluate applicants' work history, education, training, skills, and compensation needs
- Manage candidate flow in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in accordance with company guidance
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business development teams to develop custom recruiting strategies
- Utilize various recruiting methods, including social media and job fairs, to attract potential candidates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior recruiting experience required
- BA/BS strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or within a team
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); familiarity with ADP is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with recruiting tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with military language and understanding of military records
- Self-starter with a track record of producing results in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and strategies
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Physical capability to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs
