What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with leaders to assess staffing needs and develop a staffing model for growth
- Build relationships with schools and feeder organizations to generate applicants
- Travel as necessary for corporate or recruiting events
- Create cost-effective recruitment strategies based on departmental goals
- Ensure compliance with affirmative action reporting in the recruitment process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid State Driver's License
- Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment/selection and related employment law practices
- Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced social media skills for organic and sponsored recruiting advertising
