      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively source and attract qualified engineering candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events
      - Maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates across multiple engineering disciplines
      - Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to align candidate profiles with job requirements and develop job descriptions
      - Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, focusing on engineering or technical roles
      - Proven success in sourcing and hiring for various engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, software, and manufacturing engineers
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required)
      - Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
      - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Greenhouse or similar recruitment tools
      - Basic understanding of engineering concepts, roles, and terminology
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
      - Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
      - Knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends in the engineering and technology sectors
