Your Role...
As a Seasonal Recruiter, you will:

• Use your outstanding talent to help us find the right individuals for our internships, with a specific recruitment focus on ensuring we have a diverse workforce.
• Join a highly collaborative team of recruiters from all over the country who work together to match talent to key roles. We literally change lives every day by giving students and recent grads a chance to join the best and the brightest at Disney, and by adding to the talent pool which makes us one of the most successful, innovative companies in the world.
• Collaborate with clients and HR partners to develop a solid understanding of department culture, business strategy and talent profiles to deliver on the hiring needs of the business.
• Conduct in-depth preliminary interviews and assess potential candidates for appropriate placement.
• Use recruitment tools for workflow tracking, communication, and management of candidates.
• Partner with clients consultatively to influence hiring decisions related to talent, diversity, and conversion strategy.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
• Represent The Walt Disney Company for recruiting purposes at events, job fairs, conferences, etc.

• Confident using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as SharePoint and Confluence, along with learning and adapting to new programs and tools.

Even better:

• Subject matter expertise with talent acquisition technology systems such as Enterprise ATS and HRMS; preferably Workday and/or SAP.
• Understanding of HR systems and processes.
• Hard-working, proactive, eager to learn and willing to take on new challenges.
• Calculated risk-taker who is not afraid to step outside of the box.
• Experience interacting with external clients.
• Prior or current experience with The Walt Disney Company.
• Professional or recruitment experience with business, finance, engineering, entertainment, or production.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or other area of study OR equivalent experience.

Additional Information:

This position is a temp/recurring (seasonal) role which will require full time hours during specific seasons and part time or no hours during slower periods. The temp/recurring recruiter will be client facing and carry their own requisitions, but in a slightly reduced number compared to a full-time recruiter, depending on the needs of the business.

The hiring range for this position is $80,000 - $113,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
