What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle day-to-day recruitment functions within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for positions at the Home Office Campus
- Source and recruit candidates, review resumes, and schedule interviews in compliance with OFCCP and DOT guidelines
- Conduct new hire orientations and respond to inquiries regarding policies and procedures
- Maintain knowledge of organization and employment laws to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance
- Interact with job applicants, employees, and managers regarding job openings and Human Resource inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Experience (GED), or a combination of education and experience
- 2 years of recruiting experience required
- 2 years of HR experience and knowledge of employment laws required
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills required
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in Transportation/Logistics/Trucking preferred
- Knowledge of general DOT requirements and recruitment practices preferred
- Collaborative team player with demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
