What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a recruitment consultant and strategic partner to hiring leaders
- Develop creative sourcing plans for difficult-to-fill leadership and other positions
- Coordinate and lead scoping sessions for challenging recruitment needs
- Create job specifications for marketing purposes and understand industry standards
- Follow through with the employment process as defined by company policy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates degree in Business Administration; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a recruiter required
- Experience in a search firm and/or clinical/non-clinical healthcare recruitment setting
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and strong Boolean search knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PHR or other HR certification preferred
- In-depth sourcing experience with various methods and databases
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines
- Strong project management skills
