What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a recruitment consultant and strategic partner to hiring leaders, developing creative sourcing plans
- Fill positions in a timely manner while effectively screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates
- Produce leads and create candidate pipelines through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Coordinate and lead realistic job previews with department leaders to educate and qualify candidates
- Follow through with the employment process as defined by policy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 2 years of specialized expertise in recruitment, search firm, and/or healthcare recruitment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems is required
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PHR or other HR certification is desirable
- In-depth sourcing experience using various methods, databases, and cold calling
- Strong Boolean search knowledge and previous sourcing experience in supporting multiple functions
- Project management skills and experience
- Strong social media sourcing experience
