      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Source, interview, and recruit candidates for various positions
      - Coordinate new hire paperwork and maintain recruitment databases
      - Act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process
      - Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures
      - Support Department Directors with co-worker issues and policy inquiries in the absence of the HR Director

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience
      - Required education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
      - Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Ability to handle confidential information and relate to a diverse population with varying socio-economic backgrounds

      - Experience analyzing data and recommending improvements based on best practices
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently and make informed decisions
