      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Source candidates for leadership and Home Office positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience
      - Maintain job ad postings on Applicant Tracking System and other sourcing sites
      - Screen applicants through interviews and information gathering to determine job fit
      - Coordinate management interviews and assist with scheduling and logistics
      - Process offer letters, background screenings, and onboarding for new hires

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree in human resources, management, communication studies, or related field
      - 1 or more years of experience in recruiting positions
      - Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines and laws
      - Experience with ATS systems, ClearCompany experience is a plus
      - Strong oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with ClearCompany ATS system
      - Effective problem-solving and coaching skills
      - Evidence of maintaining a high level of confidentiality
      - Valid driver's license and clean driving record
      - Willingness to travel overnight for recruiting-related matters or events with 72-hour notice
