      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Post advertisements, source, interview, screen, and present candidates to hiring managers
      - Establish effective relationships with internal and external candidates
      - Monitor data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and track recruitment metrics
      - Conduct candidate interviews and assess skills and experience
      - Build and maintain candidate slates for current and future positions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or at least five years of recruiting experience preferred
      - Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes
      - Experience working with diversity and inclusion initiatives
      - Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience qualifying candidates and presenting them according to OFCCP laws
      - Enthusiastic, energetic, persuasive, and outgoing personality
      - Self-sufficient work ethic and self-starter attitude
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
