      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and deliver talent acquisition and diversity plans to manage a pipeline of candidates
      - Act as the Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio, informing talent decisions based on market knowledge
      - Manage the recruitment process, including candidate pipeline and assessment screening
      - Build and maintain effective relationships with HR partners and hiring managers
      - Conduct research and data analysis to assess the effectiveness of recruitment programs and make recommendations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Undergraduate degree
      - Minimum of 3 years related experience, specifically in recruitment
      - Demonstrated interviewing experience and proven knowledge of recruiting and employment practices
      - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build business partnerships
      - Computer literacy and proficiency in common PC applications, including Internet recruitment tools

      - Experience with federal and state employment laws
      - Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality of records
      - Proven ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and assignments
      - Experience in conducting recruitment events and representing the organization in various functions
