- Familiarity with multi-state posting requirements, including pay transparency laws
- Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Demonstrated success in filling specialized or hard-to-fill positions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
