What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support hourly recruiting and selection efforts in partnership with Regional Partners, Opening Team Managers, and Restaurant Managers
- Create and implement hourly recruiting strategies to achieve hiring goals and reduce turnover
- Conduct education and training on recruiting and selection for restaurant management
- Maintain positive working relationships with the recruitment team and external vendors
- Attend job fairs and recruiting events, representing the employer and conducting open houses as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a Human Resource emphasis
- Strong background in recruiting and selection, ideally in the food service industry
- Bilingual in Spanish is a must
- Experience in building and developing recruiting and selection processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with behavioral-based interviewing techniques
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Knowledge of industry recruiting and turnover trends
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach
