      Responsibilities

      The Western Region Consolidated Business Office (CBO )provides business office services including appeals/denials, billing, collections, cash posting, pre-access management, variance and customer service to our affiliated UHS facilities. We are seeking dynamic and talented individuals to join our team.

      The Human Resources Recruiter

      Responsible for recruitment and selection of exempt and nonexempt positions by the development of effective recruiting strategies.

      Job Description

      • Sourcing Candidates : Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
      • Conducting Interviews : Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers.
      • Managing the Hiring Process : Facilitate the entire hiring process, including conducting background checks, negotiating job offers, and preparing employment contracts.
      • Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that align with the company’s goals and culture.
      • Onboarding : Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
      The role of a Human Resources Recruiter is crucial in building a strong workforce and promoting a positive employer brand. By effectively managing the recruitment process, HR Recruiters help ensure that organizations attract and retain the best talent available.


      Qualifications

      Education:

      • Four-year college degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other applicable degree programs. An equivalent amount of work experience may be substituted for four-year degree

      Experience:

      • Two years’ experience in two or more functional areas of human resources to include employment. Experience in an environment with a union presence preferable.
      • Healthcare business office experience a plus.
      • Experience in an environment with a union presence preferable.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required. Proficiency with HRIS and LMS required.

      Skills:

      • Ability to organize priorities and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
      • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on service excellence.
      • Customer focused, providing service consistently exceeding expectations to both internal and external customers.
