      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to establish position specifications and market data
      - Evaluate candidate qualifications and manage recruitment marketing plans to align with search requirements
      - Source candidates through various platforms, including resume databases and social media
      - Prepare candidates for interviews by providing logistical information and coaching
      - Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Minimum of two years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting
      - Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing candidates
      - Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools
      - Knowledge of Human Resources principles and metrics related to talent acquisition

      - Familiarity with recruitment technologies and best practices
