What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Director level and below for assigned divisions (manufacturing, operations, corporate, and/or sales)
- Research and source candidates using technology-based search techniques and maintain a network of contacts
- Screen potential candidates through resume reviews, initial interviews, and background checks
- Provide support and guidance to managers to ensure a consistent, high-quality recruitment process
- Extract and compile data for recruitment metrics and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience for Non-exempt and/or Exempt positions
- Detail-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Willingness to travel for business purposes (within state and out of state)
