      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience successfully hiring top-tier talent in a startup environment
      - Proven experience in hiring for technical and/or non-technical roles
      - Demonstrated success in building a diverse candidate pipeline and hiring candidates from varying backgrounds
      - Strong commitment to social impact and helping others
      - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new fields as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in hiring for high-bar roles in a rapidly growing startup
      - Familiarity with using hiring tools and processes to streamline recruitment efforts
      - Background in technology or related industries
      - Knowledge of employer branding strategies to enhance company visibility
