      Voltyx is a national leader in electrical power services, comprised of five specialized business units:

      • Electric Power Systems (EPS)
      • North American Substation Services (NASS)
      • Transformer Lifecycle Services (TLS)
      • Electric Power Systems Technology (EPST)

      Pay: $95,000-$105,000

      Job Brief

      We are seeking a strategic Recruiter to join our national recruiting team and lead sourcing efforts across all Voltyx business units. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-division environment and is passionate about building pipelines for technical, engineering, and field roles. You will be responsible for identifying top talent, engaging passive candidates, and driving full-cycle recruiting initiatives using iCIMS and other sourcing platforms.

      This is a remote position with flexibility across time zones and business units, offering the opportunity to shape recruiting strategy and contribute to the growth of a mission-driven organization.

      Responsibilities

      • Partner with hiring managers across EPS, NASS, TLS, EPST, and NOMOS to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies
      • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, iCIMS, and other platforms; leverage Boolean search, radius targeting, and campaign tools
      • Craft and send personalized outreach messages and InMails that reflect Voltyx’s brand and role specifics
      • Build and maintain talent pipelines in iCIMS for current and future hiring needs across engineering, technical, and field service roles
      • Track and analyze sourcing metrics including conversion rates, reply rates, and pipeline health
      • Promote Voltyx’s employer brand through online campaigns, social media, and internal referral programs
      • Engage with past applicants and silver/bronze medalists in iCIMS to reintroduce new opportunities
      • Run targeted sourcing campaigns on Indeed and replicate successful project templates to optimize outreach
      • Maintain accurate candidate records and communication logs in iCIMS and other internal systems
      • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to refine recruiting processes and improve candidate experience

      Qualifications

      • Proven experience in recruiting or sourcing roles, preferably in engineering, utilities, or technical industries
      • Proficiency with iCIMS ATS and CRM tools; experience with JobVite, is a plus
      • Strong command of sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and campaign-based outreach
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messaging to diverse candidate audiences
      • Strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and business unit priorities
      • Comfortable working across time zones and in a remote environment
      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
