      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across various departments
      - Build trusted relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment
      - Source talent creatively and strategically beyond traditional channels
      - Maintain organized and high-quality data and reporting within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
      - Continuously refine recruiting processes to enhance efficiency, speed, and quality of hires

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth technology company
      - Proven success in closing candidates across both technical and business functions
      - Highly organized and systems-oriented, capable of bringing structure to fast-paced environments
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong judgment and professionalism in representing the employer

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Existing network within fintech, crypto, or developer-focused companies
      - Strong understanding of compensation benchmarking and offer strategy
      - Experience with improving ATS workflows, particularly with Ashby
      - Ability to authentically convey the employer's mission and values through storytelling
