      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create, post, and manage job requisitions on online job boards and social media
      - Identify and prioritize current recruiting needs at various sites
      - Participate in community networking events, career fairs, and hiring events
      - Pre-screen and coach qualified candidates for client presentations
      - Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers to facilitate the interview process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred
      - 0-4 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or related fields
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
      - Proficiency in database management and record keeping

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - Previous experience in a high-volume recruiting environment
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality in human resources work
      - Knowledge of current employment laws and practices
