      The Vander Weele Group seeks a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will focus on building and expanding a professional network to identify and attract top talent, strongly emphasizing supporting company growth initiatives.

      As a Recruiter focusing on networking and growth, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to source exceptional candidates for various roles within the Vander Weele Group, including a network of candidates for future potential business. You will leverage your networking expertise to cultivate relationships with industry professionals, attend and utilize online platforms to identify potential hires. Your efforts will directly contribute to our company's ability to attract and retain top talent, supporting our continued expansion and success.

We empower government agencies and grant-funded organizations to maximize their impact and ensure responsible stewardship of public funds. We leverage deep domain expertise to streamline grant monitoring processes, mitigate risks, and enhance transparency.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
      • Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals, potential candidates, and industry-specific organizations.
      • Utilize advanced search techniques on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant databases to identify qualified candidates.
      • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the offer process.
      • Partner with hiring managers and new business teammates to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
      • Evaluate candidate qualifications and experience to determine the best fit for open positions.
      • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
      • Create and promote our company's employer brand through online channels, social media, and networking activities.
      • Develop and execute creative outreach strategies to attract top talent and enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice.
      • Create compelling job descriptions and marketing materials to attract qualified applicants.
      • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
      • Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities, pipeline status, and hiring outcomes.
      • Utilize data to inform recruitment decisions and optimize the sourcing process.
      • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide ongoing support throughout recruitment.
      • Maintain relationships with potential candidates to build a talent pipeline for future opportunities.
      • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.


      Requirements

      Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
      • Proven experience (3-5 years) as a recruiter, with a strong emphasis on networking and proactive sourcing.
      • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining a professional network.
      • Excellent knowledge of online recruitment platforms, social media, and other sourcing channels.
      • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
      • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
      • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
      • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
      • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technology.

      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Experience in professional service/consulting companies.
      • Experience in Paylocity (our ATS).
      • Experience at a government contractor.
