What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for K-12 and higher education divisions
- Collaborate closely with HR leadership to identify hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and report on recruitment metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and other relevant organizations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the education sector
- Strong understanding of K-12 and higher education hiring practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working remotely in a recruitment role
- Knowledge of labor market trends in the education sector
- Familiarity with various recruitment strategies and tools
