      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for 5-8 individual requisitions across various departments
      - Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent
      - Align candidates' motivations with the employer's value proposition and roles
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and enhance the talent pipeline
      - Maintain accurate and real-time updates of recruitment data in the employer's tech stack

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
      - Strong preference for experience in the SaaS/tech industry
      - Proven success in leading end-to-end searches from entry-level to leadership positions
      - Experience in GTM-specific recruiting (Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, etc.)
      - Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse ATS

      - A proactive approach to identifying and addressing recruitment challenges
