What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with operations to understand and meet staffing needs effectively
- Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract candidates
- Utilize various recruiting sources, including social media, to identify and recruit talent
- Attend recruiting events and job fairs to promote open positions and connect with potential candidates
- Conduct presentations on employment opportunities, company culture, and benefits to local organizations and candidates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment and selection, including knowledge of employment law practices
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and support the organization's growth effectively
- Excellent work ethic and strong organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR Generalist experience
- Advanced social media skills for both organic and sponsored recruiting
- Experience in presenting to groups and engaging with community organizations
- Strong networking abilities and resourcefulness in recruitment efforts
- Energetic personality with a passion for making a difference
