      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications and provide market data
      - Source candidates through various channels, including resume databases and networking sites
      - Prepare candidates for interviews and ensure they receive timely updates on their application status
      - Draft and use phone interview templates to assess candidate qualifications
      - Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or related field strongly preferred
      - Minimum of two years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting
      - Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing candidates
      - Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience recruiting for hourly workers in Warehouse or Manufacturing settings
      - Bilingual in Spanish
