What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications and provide market data
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements and manage the recruitment process
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing and sourcing plans to attract suitable candidates
- Engage with candidates through various media and prepare them for interviews
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment cycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or related field preferred
- Minimum of two years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting
- Proficient in Boolean search techniques and recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong knowledge of human resources principles and metrics related to talent acquisition
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience recruiting for hourly workers in Warehouse or Manufacturing settings
- Spanish speaking ability is a must
