      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers and regional leaders to support staffing needs and retention strategies
      - Execute recruitment strategies to build pipelines of diverse, high-quality candidates
      - Screen and refer applicants to hiring managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate
      - Evaluate recruitment and selection criteria and recommend process improvements
      - Maintain accurate recruitment data and stay current on talent acquisition best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree preferred
      - 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or a similar role, preferably in K-12 or higher education
      - Strong technical, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
      - Ability to think creatively, strategically, and tactically
      - Experience using applicant tracking software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of K-12 education strongly preferred
      - Self-driven with superior organizational skills and integrity
