What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full life cycle recruitment for non-exempt positions, primarily in customer care and claims specialist roles
- Serve as the main point of contact for HR and business leaders regarding talent acquisition status
- Create and maintain a candidate pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
- Participate in talent sourcing, ATS mining, and other initiatives within HR, such as employee engagement and talent development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a recruiter in a corporate setting
- Experience with full-lifecycle recruitment for non-exempt positions, preferably in a call center environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), with iCIMS experience being a plus

- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy
