What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Provide full-cycle recruiting support for critical technical positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers

- Ensure a positive applicant experience throughout the hiring process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience recruiting for software engineering roles
- 5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced startup environment

- Familiarity with sourcing techniques to attract top-quality candidates
