      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements
      - Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing to onboarding coordination
      - Actively source and engage passive candidates through creative outreach
      - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs
      - Provide market intelligence and data-driven insights to guide hiring decisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
      - 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a globally distributed SaaS or technology organization
      - Proven track record of identifying and closing passive candidates for senior-level roles
      - Strong proficiency in modern sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
      - Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey the employer's value proposition

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
      - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced environment
      - Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally
      - Passion for creating an inclusive and positive candidate experience that aligns with the employer's values
