What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to define position specifications and provide market data
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and determine progression in the recruitment process
- Develop and manage sourcing and recruitment marketing plans to attract suitable candidates
- Engage with candidates through various media to communicate job opportunities and expectations
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate candidate acceptance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or related field strongly preferred
- Minimum of two years' recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting
- Proficient in Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing
- Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience utilizing social media tools for recruitment purposes
- Familiarity with Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition
- Bilingual in Spanish
