What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct recruitment and screening activities
- Develop and maintain contacts with various recruitment sources
- Schedule and conduct employee interviews
- Administer pre-employment tests and background investigations
- Assist in employee onboarding and training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of staff-level recruiting, HR, and administrative experience
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM
- Advanced proficiency with Office 365 suite, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential matters judiciously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College coursework or PHR certification
- Experience working with Paylocity
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous experience in human resources or recruitment
