We are looking for a talented High-Volume Hiring (HVH) Assistant to help us find the best talent in the world to support our growth. Amazon is one of the most recognizable brand names in the world and we distribute millions of products each year to our loyal customers. The ideal candidate will work effectively with internal and external stakeholders and support the mass/high volume hiring process for hourly Customer Service Associates (CSAs).
We're seeking someone who has demonstrated an ability to prioritize their time, to escalate recurrent issues, a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service to the client and candidate. This role requires great communication and analytical skills.
Key job responsibilities
- Support with recruitment and on-boarding of new high-volume hourly Customer Service Associates.
- Assist with execution of sourcing activities and building pipeline.
- Manage pipeline via internal platforms ensuring candidates have completed the assessment process, prior to Onboarding.
- Support projects that aim to improve the candidate experience and overall recruiting metrics.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to build and constantly improve candidate onboarding experience.
- Owns answering candidate inbound queries within agreed timelines (SLAs).
- Support on recruiting documentation checks and other pre-hire requirements.
- Compile data for metrics reporting.
- Communicate requirements and duties to candidates and agencies.
- Schedule candidates’ appointments with external providers within set deadlines and regularly audits completion rates.
- Support any other reasonable duties as needed.
- Lead/focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives including planning events to showcase Amazon as an Equal Opportunity Employer.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Manila, PHL | Pasay City, PHL- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- English language fluency (spoken and written).
- 1-2 years' proven experience in a fast-paced recruitment or hiring environment- Ability to work both, independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn quickly new systems.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.About the company
