      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Source, interview, and fill contract positions with qualified clinicians
      - Develop and implement prospecting and marketing strategies using the employer's applicant tracking system
      - Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system
      - Build trust with candidates by understanding their career aspirations and professional experience
      - Negotiate competitive compensation packages and present candidates to Account Managers for client openings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree plus 0-2 years of work experience or High School Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of work experience
      - Sales or recruiting experience
      - Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards
      - Detail-oriented and customer-oriented mindset
      - Effective communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in sales or recruitment within the healthcare sector
      - Familiarity with the travel healthcare industry
      - Strong networking abilities to expand clinician connections
      - Knowledge of market conditions and trends in healthcare staffing
