What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Review applications to assess candidate suitability and advance them through the hiring pipeline
- Collect necessary documentation from applicants, including identification and certifications
- Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring completion of necessary paperwork and documentation
- Act as a liaison for pre-employment processes with internal and external partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment and selection processes
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR policies
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with a focus on confidentiality
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably iCIMS
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the Workday system
- Experience with scheduling in Outlook shared calendars
- Experience working with teams across multiple locations
- Knowledge of business office operations and administrative clerical tasks
