      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage full cycle recruitment efforts, including posting job requisitions and coordinating interviews
      - Evaluate applicant information to determine suitability for employment and provide recommendations
      - Collect necessary documentation from applicants, including identification and certifications
      - Assist in the orientation of new employees and manage related administrative tasks
      - Act as a liaison for pre-employment and new hire processes and coordinate recruitment efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment, staffing models, and employment law application
      - Basic understanding of organizational structure and knowledge of employment policies and laws
      - Ability to communicate effectively, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
      - Experience with ATS applications, ideally iCIMS, and heavy scheduling within Outlook shared calendars

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the Workday system
      - Experience working with teams across multiple locations
      - Knowledge of business office operations, filing, and administrative clerical operations
