      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
      - Review prospective employee applications to assess suitability for employment
      - Collect necessary documentation from applicants, including certifications and identification
      - Assist with the orientation process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed
      - Act as a liaison for pre-employment processes and coordinate recruitment efforts with management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment, affirmative action plan administration, and employment law
      - Strong understanding of HR concepts, practices, and policies
      - Ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality in operations
      - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably iCIMS

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the Workday system
      - Experience with heavy scheduling within Outlook shared calendars
      - Knowledge of business office operations and administrative clerical tasks
      - Experience working with teams across multiple counties
