  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage full cycle recruitment efforts, including posting job requisitions and scheduling interviews
  - Review applications to determine candidate suitability and provide recommendations
  - Collect necessary documentation from applicants, including identification and certifications
  - Assist with new employee orientation and related administrative tasks
  - Act as a liaison for pre-employment processes and coordinate with various agencies
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High school diploma or GED
  - Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment and selection
  - Knowledge of employment law and human resources practices
  - Ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality
  - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably iCIMS
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with the Workday system
  - Experience working with teams across multiple locations
  - Knowledge of business office operations and administrative clerical tasks
