      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage full cycle recruitment efforts, including posting job requisitions and coordinating interviews
      - Evaluate applications to determine candidate suitability and provide recommendations for advancement
      - Collect necessary documentation from applicants, including identification and certifications
      - Assist with new employee orientation and related clerical tasks
      - Act as a liaison for pre-employment and new hire processes with Human Resources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment, selection, and employment law application
      - Familiarity with ATS applications, ideally iCIMS
      - Strong communication skills, both oral and written
      - Experience with heavy scheduling within Outlook shared calendars

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the Workday system
      - Experience working with teams in multiple locations
      - Knowledge of personnel policies and federal/state employment laws
